Please read these Terms and Conditions carefully before using the https://kidzyparty.com/ website and our bungee trampoline rental services  operated by Kidzy Singapore Pte Ltd.

Your access to and use of the Service is conditioned on your acceptance of and compliance with these Terms. These Terms apply to all visitors, users, and others who access or use the Service.

By accessing or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you disagree with any part of the terms, then you may not access the Service.

1. Use of Our Service

Kidzy Singapore Pte Ltd provides bungee trampoline rental services for various events including kids’ parties, school events, family fun days, corporate gatherings, and weddings. Our service includes the rental of bungee trampoline equipment, delivery, professional setup, on-site supervision by trained staff, safety gear, and dismantling/pickup after your event.

2. Bookings and Payments

     

      • Booking Process: All bookings are made through our online calendar system available on the Website. You will select your desired date, session type (4-hour or Full-Day), and provide necessary contact details.

      • Booking Confirmation: Bookings are confirmed upon successful submission of your details through our booking form. You will receive an email notification confirming your appointment.

      • Pricing: Detailed pricing for our 4-hour and Full-Day sessions can be found on our Website’s booking section.

      • Payment: As of now, payment for the rental service is collected manually on hand at your event location on the day of the service.

      • Booking Limits: Our service is based on the availability of our bungee trampoline units. While our system is designed to manage bookings, all services are subject to availability.

    3. User Responsibilities & Safety Guidelines

    By booking our Service, you agree to:

       

        • Provide Accurate Information: Ensure all details provided during booking (name, contact, event details) are accurate and complete.

        • Meet Venue Requirements: Your event location must meet the specified requirements for our bungee trampoline setup, including:

             

              • Minimum height clearance of 4 meters (approx. 13.20 ft).

              • Minimum circular diameter of 2.5 meters (approx. 8.2 ft).

              • An accessible electrical plug point at the setup location.

              • Adequate space for safe operation and participant queuing.

          • Time Allocation: Ensure venue access is available for 1 hour before the start time for setup and 1 hour after the end time for dismantling.

          • On-site Supervision: Adhere to all instructions and safety guidelines provided by our on-site operator. The operator’s decision regarding safety is final.

          • Participant Supervision: Ensure appropriate adult supervision for all children using the bungee trampoline, in addition to our operator. The bungee trampoline is suitable for children aged 3-12 years.

        4. Cancellations and Refunds

        5. Intellectual Property

        The Service and its original content, features, and functionality are and will remain the exclusive property of Kidzy Bounce and its licensors. Our trademarks and trade dress may not be used in connection with any product or service without the prior written consent of Kidzy Bounce.

        6. Links To Other Websites

        Our Service may contain links to third-party web sites or services that are not owned or controlled by Kidzy Bounce.

        Kidzy Bounce has no control over, and assumes no responsibility for, the content, privacy policies, or practices of any third-party web sites or services. You further acknowledge and agree that Kidzy Bounce shall not be responsible or liable, directly or indirectly, for any damage or loss caused or alleged to be caused by or in connection with use of or reliance on any such content, goods or services available on or through any such web sites or services.

        7. Disclaimer of Warranties; Limitation of Liability

        Your use of the Service is at your sole risk. The Service is provided on an “AS IS” and “AS AVAILABLE” basis. The Service is provided without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied.

        In no event shall Kidzy Bounce, nor its directors, employees, partners, agents, suppliers, or affiliates, be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from (i) your access to or use of or inability to access or use the Service; (ii) any conduct or content of any third party on the Service; (iii) any content obtained from the Service; and (iv) unauthorized access, use or alteration of your transmissions or content, whether based on warranty, contract, tort (including negligence) or any other legal theory, whether or not we have been informed of the possibility of such damage, and even if a remedy set forth herein is found to have failed of its essential purpose.

        These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of Singapore, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

        We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. We will try to provide at least 30 days’ notice prior to any new terms taking effect. What constitutes a material change will be determined at our sole discretion.

        By continuing to access or use our Service after those revisions become effective, you agree to be bound by the revised terms. If you do not agree to the new terms, please stop using the Service.
