2. Cancellation by the Customer

- If rescheduling is not possible or desirable, we will issue a full refund of any amounts paid.
5. Non-Refundable Circumstances

- Non-Compliance with Requirements: If the event venue does not meet the specified space dimensions (4m height, 2.5m diameter), electrical plug point access, or safety guidelines provided, and the setup cannot proceed.
- Failure to Provide Access: If our team is denied access to the venue or the booking time slot for setup/operation.
- Misuse of Equipment: If the service is terminated early due to customer or participant misuse of the equipment or failure to follow operator instructions.
- Early Termination: If the customer requests early dismantling or ends the event before the booked time concludes.
